Athlete alumni have established audiences beyond the borders of their collegiate alma maters, creating new outlets to reach and engage potential fans and recruits. opendorse helped top programs around the nation empower their alumni and coaches with high quality, engaging social media content on National Signing Day, amplifying their recruiting messages in a unique way and resulting in increased fan engagement. Throughout the day, over 130 pieces of content were distributed and shared by 90 influencers, resulting in 28.5K engagements from 13.1M fans and recruits all over the country.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers and Georgia Bulldogs did not wait until Signing Day to get fans excited. Instead, they provided their alumni with content that highlighted team and school traditions in order to build excitement and anticipation leading up to National Signing Day.

Because they were once in the same shoes, athlete alumni are the most influential, trusted advocates for these programs. On
National Signing Day, there was no one better to welcome the new signees not only to the school, but to the family, brotherhood,
and community. This messaging was noticed by the signees and created great conversation between them and the alumni.

Coaches from Missouri and UCF came full-circle with their recruiting efforts by publicly welcoming the signees. Some of these posts
drew attention to the positive traits that each of the recruits possess and included direct mentions that led to great conversation.
