Swimmer at Vanderbilt University and Graduate Students studying Human Development Studies through Peabody College. My undergraduate degree was in Education from Davidson College. During my time at Davidson I founded a chapter of Strong Girls United at Davidson, working with local girls from the community and talking about the importance of sport and mental health. I also taught at Freedom School Partners, working with low income students on socio-emotional and literacy skills to minimize summer learning loss in Charlotte, NC. Recently, I have conducted research around education policy where I have worked with my local community. In my free time I try to stay involved by teaching swim lessons to kids in the area.
