I’m from Dublin, Ireland, where I grew up surrounded by a supportive community, a love for sports, and a deep connection to family and friends. Running has been a big part of my life, and I’ve been fortunate to achieve some milestones along the way. In high school, I won two national titles in the mile and cross country, which opened doors to continue my journey at Providence College. During my time there, I’ve been lucky enough to break a few records, including the Irish U20 10K and indoor 5K records as a freshman. I’ve also represented Ireland internationally, with experiences like finishing 6th at the European Cross Country U20 and 4th in the European U23 10K. Some of my personal bests include a 3:59 mile, 7:52 3K, 13:29 5K (Irish U23 indoor record), and 28:56 10K. Competing in college has been a privilege, and moments like finishing 2nd in the Big East 10K during my freshman year remind me how much I love this sport.
