Hello! My name is Adam Helton and I play Wide Receiver and Cornerback for the Bixby Spartans . I am a senior this year. I been playing football ever since freshmen year and It forged a brotherhood between my teammates, Taught me lessons that I can put into my life, and all around having fun with my teammates everyday during practice.
