I am a female Track and Field athlete who loves to workout and move my body. I enjoy meal prepping my meals and eating/making clean foods for my health. - I love Atlas protein bars - I enjoy protein shakes - I love honey stinger - I enjoy pretzel chips and the Himalayan popcorn  I am majoring in Rehabilitation Sciences and hope to become a Physical Therapist. I enjoy helping others when in need and love helping out in the community by teaching Sunday school at my church and teaching swimming lessons at my local hometown community pool.
