My name is Addison Laughlin, and I am a sophomore on Coastal Carolina’s Cross Country and Track team. I love running and the community it creates. I mostly run the 3K and 5K. I also compete in triathlons throughout the summer. I was born and raised in the Denver Metro area. I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. I love everything outside including hunting, fishing, paddle boarding, and camping. I also love anything that involves physical activity. I played competitive softball for 12 years and played 5 different sports for my high school. In my free time I like to play active games with my friends like spike ball, volleyball, and soccer. My coolest hobby is juggling everything from balls to pins. I also am an avid NFL fan (go Cowboys) and love watching MLB games. I am majoring in Exercise Science and plan to go into Collegiate Coaching post college. Chants up!!
