I‘m Alex Nitzl, a senior at the University of Maryland graduating from the Robert H. Smith School of business. I‘m the captain of the men‘s soccer team. Growing up in Germany soccer was always my biggest passion but I also love other sports like skiing. Coming to America allowed me to continue playing soccer on a very high level and getting a very valuable degree. Combining these two interest of mine is a huge pleasure and I‘m looking forward to succeeding in both areas of my life. Additionally, it allows me living in a completely different environment, which is very intriguing for me as I love travelling and I‘ve already been to 21 countries.
