Biography
Hi, I'm Alexis! I am a nursing student at the University of the Cumberlands, as well as an avid archer. I compete with our school team and all over the country in my own personal archery career. My career goal is to one day work as a Nurse Practitioner in the NICU. I love to work with babies and want to be able to give back to the community. I feel like God has called me to nursing, so I can do just that! For archery, my long-term goal is to compete on the US national team and hopefully represent our country in the 2028 LA games! Archery has always been a passion of mine and helps me connect with my community. Through archery, I am able to volunteer with kids of all ages and help teach them about the amazing sport and valuable life skills like sportsmanship and strong work ethics. Some of my other hobbies include reading, knitting, hunting/fishing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
