I’m Alida van Daalen, a Dutch Olympian and track and field athlete specializing in discus throw and shot put. I compete for the University of Florida while pursuing a degree in Journalism. I proudly represent the Netherlands in international championships, including the Olympics, World Championships, and European Championships. Beyond athletics, I’m passionate about storytelling, media, and using my platform to inspire others to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.
