Sports were always about accomplishing something bigger than myself. Above all else, my dream was to use my success in my sport to impact the next generations of athletes and help prepare them for the turbulent rollercoaster of elite athletics. After the last Olympics, I retired from my sport and started working full-time in consulting. I thought I was done competing, but I soon realized I had more to give. Less than a year out of the Paris 2024 Olympics, I took a leap of faith and started training again. This past year has been transformative for me in many ways, including having a chance to build the most impactful NIL deal in the county with Ouro Global and X World Wallet, speaking to athletes across the country, pouring into the next generation of divers, and of course qualifying for the Paris Olympics. To me, going to the Olympics is about more than representing my country; it is about being a role model for the young athletes watching.
