Hi, name is Alyssa Mainard! I’ve been an athlete my whole life through the sports of gymnastics, diving, and now in college, acrobatics and tumbling. I spend most of my time outside of sports lifting with my brother and helping each other create gym content, or spending time with my friends and parents usually doing something active. I have had the honor of being a 2x state champion for diving in Highschool as well as having a day named after me in my home town for my accomplishments in the sport. In the future I hope to finish college with a degree to become a radiologist and build a family. I am a big advocate for mental health and hope to get the opportunity to help people, especially athletes with their mental health in the future. I look forward to getting opportunities through Opendorse to expand my reach through social media!
