I am a junior on the Ottawa University women’s bowling team. I have made ATT and have attended the USA team trials for bowling. I am a double major in applied psychology and sports leadership. I am heavily involved with being a RA, leader in FCA, and the president of the Red Cross club. I have gone through multiple different injuries and has been able to come out through each one of them. In my free time I love to watch sports especially hockey, read, and hangout with friends. Mental health in athletes is one of the most important topics to me.
