Hi, I'm Anika, a junior nursing student at Creighton University aspiring to become a nurse practitioner. With three years of experience as a CNA and my current role as a Pharmacy Technician, I've gained invaluable healthcare experience. Competing as a D1 cross country and track athlete has been an incredible honor, allowing me to be part of an amazing team and have so many incredible opportunities. Beyond this, I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, traveling with my family, spending time with friends, and volunteering. I am particularly passionate about volunteering and mentoring students with special needs. I have led the planning of my school’s special prom, taught students with special needs how to bike, and coached them in various sports and activities through programs like SOAR, Inspire Sports, iCanBike, and Special Olympics.
