Biography
Antonio Martin began his para powerlifting career in 2018 and quickly rose to become one of Team USA’s top athletes. A two-time American Record Holder with a best lift of 505 lbs, he earned gold and silver medals, finishing 4th at the World Championships (Kazakhstan) and 2nd at the African Championships (Egypt). Now a retired Paralympian, Antonio continues to inspire through coaching and mentorship, leading strength and conditioning programs for local middle and high school athletes. He also serves as a Certified Relationship Coach and Peer Mentor with the United Spinal Association’s Eastern Chapter, empowering others navigating life after injury. Each year, he partners with Oakland University to teach occupational and physical therapy students about spinal cord injury care. Available for: brand partnerships, motivational speaking, ambassador collaborations, and adaptive sports advocacy.
