About
Biography
My name is Anya Landrowski, I’m a redshirt Junior transfer athlete at the University of Central Oklahoma on their women’s rowing team studying Economics. I love being an active individual and I have a lot of love for coaching and nutrition! I I work with veterans to teach them how to row out of the VA here in Oklahoma City in partnership with Oklahoma City Riversport foundation. I also have a huge passion for female athlete empowerment in the rowing world for all ages, I coach middle schoolers to adults and have the same principles of empowerment, self care, and self confidence. With my struggles of mental health and eating disorders I have had to overcome a lot in my career. I’ve always struggled to find myself but as I grew more confidence I became the true me. My favorite things include comfy tennis shoes (Hokas are my favorite) tennis dresses, and fun colorful sunglasses! I also love energy drinks!
