Born and raised in Midlothian, Virginia, I grew up an only child, which taught me independence, accountability, and how to push myself. My journey as an athlete has shaped who I am—teaching me resilience, balance, and how to handle both the highs and lows that come with competitive sports. I strive to be known as a great teammate and friend, someone who brings energy, support, and positivity to every locker room. Outside of my sport, I love going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing by coloring. After my playing career, I plan to pursue a long-term career in physical therapy or athletic training to help others overcome injuries and get back to doing what they love.
