I am Arianna Ottavianelli, a NCAA swimmer at Florida State University. I am very involved in my school as I am the president of SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee), on the board of student boosters, and swim and dives community service liaison. My college career is not like the most, 5 days before my arrive at school I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I stayed at home and fought for my life, after 12 rounds of chemotherapy I was cancer free! My return to swimming was nothing but easy. My college career has had many struggles and obstacles, but I wouldn’t change It for the world. It’s made me, ME!
