I am a freshman setter for Keiser University Seahawks! I am from Galien Michigan, about 1,300 miles from West Palm Beach, and attended a super small high school. As a four year varsity starter, I received all district, all region, all state honorable mention and achieved entry into the MHSAA record books for assists. Our middle school program did not have a coach so I asked to coach alongside an adult so the program wasn't lost. I was named assistant coach and attended all practices and games, driving myself after my own practices. I learned so much and my proudest moment is seeing the happiness and pride the girls have in themselves. They are moving on to varisty as freshman but more importantly, they are good humans. I have worked since the age of 14, but I am also a business owner. I began making beach glass jewelry collected from the Lake Michigan shoreline almost two years ago.
