I am a player on the Duquesne Men’s Soccer Program, and play as a wingback. I grew up in Dallas, Texas and played club soccer for Solar SC. I just played my first fall at Duquesne where I amassed 17/17 starts and a total of 1304 minutes played. As a program we ended our season 11-4-2 and spent 4 weeks ranked in the top 25 in the country according to United Soccer Coaches. Personally, I enjoy sports, spending time with family, meeting new people, and helping out my community. I have spent a lot of time volunteering both out of requirement and through my own will, but I have grown to appreciate and enjoy how much volunteering helps the community and helps me appreciate what I have more. Moreover, I love to spend time with people and see new perspectives and gain insight into how others live their lives. I have had many challenges to deal with as well as I’m an asthmatic and have undergone ankle surgery. I had a long road back to the field, but staying perseverant let me find a way.
