Biography
I’m a freshman D1 Acro & Tumbling athlete and nursing major at Iona University on academic and athletic scholarships. After growing up in Wisconsin as a competitive gymnast, I moved to New York to start a completely new chapter. I’m passionate about fitness, wellness, and becoming the healthiest and happiest version of myself—mentally and physically. I love running, lifting, Pilates, hiking, and sharing the reality of balancing D1 athletics, nursing school, relationships, and college life far from home. My goal is to inspire other young women to pursue ambitious goals while still prioritizing their health, happiness, and the people they love.
