I’m a Division I cross country and track athlete who loves running, fitness, and everything that comes with an active lifestyle. My journey as an athlete hasn’t always been easy—I had hip surgery last year and also navigate training and competing with POTS, which has made me especially passionate about hydration, electrolytes, fueling, recovery, and taking care of my body. Outside of running, I’m a huge foodie! I love baking, peanut butter is basically its own food group to me, and I’m always trying new snacks, recipes, and ways to fuel my training. I also love spending time with friends and family, traveling, being outdoors, and finding a good balance between being an athlete and enjoying everyday life. I’m excited to work with brands that genuinely fit my lifestyle and allow me to share products I actually enjoy and believe in with my community.
