I’m a junior forward on the Minnesota State University women’s hockey team. Being a Division I athlete has built my work ethic, discipline, and drive to improve every day while balancing school, hockey, and work. I’m passionate about health, wellness, and staying active. After navigating Lyme disease, I’ve become even more intentional about recovery, nutrition, and taking care of my body—both physically and mentally. I value routines that support performance, energy, and overall well-being. Outside of hockey, I love spending time with friends and family, being at the lake, traveling, and putting together fun game day outfits. I enjoy expressing my style while still living an active, balanced lifestyle. I’m currently pursuing a career in healthcare, with plans to go into occupational therapy. I’m passionate about helping others. I’m outgoing, driven, and love creating authentic, relatable content that gives a real look into life as a student-athlete.
