My name is Beckett Heynen, and I am a student athlete, playing soccer at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I am a fourth year student studying Civil Engineering. I grew up in Seattle, Washington and originally committed to play soccer at UC Riverside where we won the Big West Conference and Tournament. I have since transferred to finish out my career at MSU Denver. I am a very hard working and determined person who does not back down from any challenge. I am a very outgoing, well spoken person who holds myself and others to a high standard. On top of school and soccer I also like to engage with my community through volunteering. I have spent time volunteering for food banks, FIRST Robotics, Special Olympics, and mentoring special needs kids.
