My name is Bendeguz Aubeli, I am a waterpolo player at CalState Fullerton from Hungary. I started playing waterpolo in 2008 when I was only 7 years old at club UVSE in Budapest. We won 5 Hungarian National Championships, and I was fortunate enough to be coached by the great Tibor Benedek. At the age of 18, I decided to try my luck overseas, and I ended up playing at West Valley College for two years, where we were state runner-ups in both years. I was named All-American both years and in 2022 as the Defensive Player of the Year. After my second year, I took Fullerton's offer and became a Titan! I’m majoring in political science, hoping to work for the US Congress or the United Nations. I am a first generation student in my family, my biggest goal with my studies is to bring my family out here from Hungary. I’d be happy to share my journey with anyone who’s interested!
