Biography
Betsi Flint is a professional beach volleyball player, currently playing for Team USA. She is a 6-time Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Champion, two-time American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-American and still holds indoor records at Loyola Marymount University in career aces and digs. While at LMU, she earned a pair of AVCA All-American Selections, one being a Final Four appearance in 2014. Her career in professional beach volleyball began in 2012 and by 2015, she and Kelly Kolinske became the youngest team to take home an AVP Championship, winning all five matches in Cincinnati. That same year, Betsi was awarded the AVP Newcomer of the Year award. Since then, she has continued to add accolades to her list including the AVP Best Server in 2019 and 2022, and AVP VolleyballMag.com Most Underrated in 2022. Betsi also plays in the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) where she has won seven medals, including five golds.
