Currently a junior pursuing a degree in Animal Science and Industry with a minor in Business and an Equine Certificate. With the goal to apply to a performance equine-related masters program. Rowing has become my college sport, but I started my athletic life as a tennis player (COSAT, ITF). Some rowing accomplishments during my fisrt season: - Competed in the Varsity 1V8+ for most of the season. - Procured Boat of the Week with the 1V8+. - The 1V8+ brings back the Sunflower Cup against KU. - Bronze medal with the 3V8+ at Sunshine State Invitational. - Gold medal with the 2V8+ at the SIRA Championships. - Fifth at the Big 12 Championships with the 1V8+. - Academic All-BIG 12 First Team. My life besides athletics: - Equine passionate. - Salad made the old fashioned way vinegar/lemon/aceto, olive and salt. - Cars. - Books (novels, self help, motivational). - Farm life. - Yerba Mate Tea is a must. - Mustard. - Continuos learning philosophy.
