I was born in Pennsylvania, then later my family moved to Alaska. I grew up there and was homeschooled throughout my elementary years. When I was ten I moved to Michigan and began public school as well as wrestling. I wrestled all throughout middle and high school on a men’s wrestling team. As a freshman I won the state title for my female weight class. That set my career on fire. After that I began traveling with team Michigan to several national tournaments throughout the US. I was very involved in my high school. I participated in other sports such as track and cross country. I began wrestling year round during my junior year of high school. My senior year went swiftly as I cruised through my weight class winning just about every tournament I went to. I finally started wrestling girls more often too! Then I made the decision to attend Siena Heights University to wrestle and get my degree in elementary education.
