Hi, I am Brittany Baird and I am apart of the class of 2026 women's Track and Field team at Xavier University. I have been running track for 6 years and have been successful. In highschool, I placed 2nd in both the 400 meter dash as well as carried our 4x4 relay at my regional meet in 2021. I made it to state in both of those races. My senior year, I helped our team win city, regionals, and place 4th at Kentucky State meet. I am super big into fitness and the gym. Because I have a more muscular build, people always compared me to being "built like a man". This made my mental health deteriorate and my insecurities spike. But, fitness and track saved me. I now use my story to help others recover in their mental health journeys.
