My name is Bryson Langford and I am a dedicated student-athlete at Davidson College. As a proud member of the Women’s Tennis team, I am a Biology major on the pre-optometry track, with a minor in English. One of my passions is health and wellness, and I am committed to living a well-balanced life. As a tennis player with a deep interest in human biology, I am focused on the connection between health and overall well-being. I prioritize my daily skincare routine, including sun protection, as a vital aspect of self-care. This routine helps me for the day ahead and allows me to relax after a long day of training and school work. I believe in giving back to the community and helping others. I am fortunate to have had the opportunities that allowed me to become a Division I athlete. My goal is to inspire the next generation to pursue their athletic and academic dreams while embracing a happy, healthy lifestyle.
