The quote "Leave the jersey in a better place" from the book Legacy is something I live by. No matter which aspect of life there is always someone looking up to you and the jersey you are wearing, it being a team, school, company, or organization. I believe that the effort I put in now can heavily impact the future of people around me so I refuse to live a day without giving my all. I've played soccer for more than 15 years of my life, moved from Brazil pre COVID and made my way up in the collegiate chain, leading my teams to league championships, conference championships, NCAA trophies, and national championship games.
