I started my collegiate career at a JUCO playing basketball. After my two years I transferred to UCO, my original plan was to just be a student and not participate in athletics anymore. After my first semester started I realized how much I missed competing. I decided to tried out for the UCO rowing team on a whim and actually made the team. I got a scholarship after my first semester and now I’m on my second year with the team.
