I am a freshman at South Dakota state university. I am a high school all American and all state athlete. 2x state champion. I enjoy just about everything from lifting to going out on the lake. I enjoy being active and going and experiencing life. I think mental health, nutrition, and a good lifestyle is essential, especially for athletes. I also believe hard work is the key to success and that everything you do is a reflection of your work-ethic.
