Hello. My name is Callahan Hefner. I am one of the student managers for the women’s volleyball program at Grand Canyon University. I am a Junior studying Marketing and Advertising. I am a big advocate for mental health, as I started my own clothing line (sunsetonsixth.net)—to put advocacy aspirations into real life. Ten percent of the brand’s profits are directly donated to local and national mental health organizations. Besides my brand, I am a coffee and volleyball fanatic. I worked at Starbucks, and I have aspirations of owning my own coffee cart business. Above all, I love volleyball and the relationships the sport builds. Volleyball brings families together, provides youth athletes access to higher education, and it promotes physical and mental well-being. My goal is to be a middleman in securing athletes’ trust within the sport.
