I am the youngest of four children in my family. My mother is from Arkansas, and my father is from Cameroon. While I was growing up, they taught me not only what hard work meant but the value of hard work. I am a sophomore Criminal Justice major from Denton, Texas. I am passionate about community, people, equity, and social justice. Since I arrived on THEE Jackson State University campus, I have been acting as the Student Government Association, Sophomore Class President, W.E.B. Du Bois Honors College member, Women’s Track and Field, Student Government Association, Leadership Council, Alpha Lamba Delta Honor Society, as a Philanthropist, Surviving Souls, Secretary, Fannie Lou Hamer Pre-Law Society, Board Member, Student Government Association, Freshman Senator, and Campus Board of Activities, Board Member.
