Biography
My name is Catori Crawford and I was born in Durham, North Carolina and lived there for 6 years. At 3 years old, I began to tell my parents that I wanted to be an actress so they put me in plays in local theaters and I was doing really well. We ended up moving to Jersey City, New Jersey where I began acting in commercials, short films and tv shows. Around 12 years old, I began playing volleyball and fell in love with it and decided to quit acting to pursue the sport. My family moved to Richmond, Virginia and I continued to improve and hone my skills and that is why I’m here today playing at Norfolk State.
