Cayla Daniels is the Graduate Assistant for the Center for Leadership and Character focusing on event planning and facilitation, curricular development, and relationship building. She is enrolled in the MBA program within the School of Business and Technology and is a recent graduate from William Woods University earning a B.A. in American Sign Language Interpreting. During her undergraduate career, she founded the first Black Student Union at William Woods University, served as president of the Alpha Psi Omega Honor Society, and was the Captain of the Cheer Team for four consecutive years. Cayla believes that leadership development aimed at positive, transformative, and sustainable change is at the forefront of systemic improvement.
