Cecelia Webb – #29 Defender, Women’s Lacrosse Syracuse University I’m a senior Communications and Rhetorical Studies major and a Women’s Box World Champion. Growing up with both of my parents as Division I athletes, I learned the value of intensity, discipline, and dedication—lessons I carry with me every time I step on the field. Being part of the first-ever Women’s Box USA team was an incredible privilege and a meaningful step in helping grow the game of women’s box lacrosse. My goal as an athlete is to leave every program better than I found it, inspiring the next generation of players along the way. Outside of sports, I love trying new food, reading, and doing crafts with my teammates After my athlete days are over, I hope to pursue a career in the film industry while continuing to give back to lacrosse through coaching.
