Hello! My name is Celina and I am a swimmer at St. Thomas University. I like to use my platform on social media to promote muscle gain after suffering with anorexia most of my life. I am also a very big advocate on mental health as I know what it feels like to feel unwanted, unworthy and not valued by anyone. I’m living proof with the right motivation and healthy mindset you can live your life how you want to live it and not to feel judged by the way you look or the way you talk, etc. The main goal was to teach people to get to work and be better than you ever imagined yourself possible, and I just hope I can help anyone, anyway I can.
