Biography
I Graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and am currently pursuing a MA in Coaching and Athlete Development. I have also been in the fitness profession for about 5 years as a coach and personal trainer. While I’m grad school I have been fortunate enough to teach some activity courses as well, finding a passion for teaching and coaching.
