Health and fitness have been vital parts of my life since I was a child. I grew up in a gym, on a field and on the court. My parents owned a health club and my father was always coaching at the collegiate, high school, or youth level. I have followed in his footsteps and have been coaching at the collegiate level and youth level for 9 years. I love food, cooking, baking and making delicious meals for the people I care about. I LOVE MY DOGS!
