Currently representing Team USA in biathlon, my journey is enriched by my degree in Neuroscience and Buddhist philosophy, which informs my understanding of mental resilience and performance optimization. I am committed to full-time training with the U.S. Biathlon National Team, having competed in three World Championships ('21, '23, '24). This experience has honed my ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and strengthened my skills in product promotion and athlete mentorship. As an Ambassador for Integrity Matters with the International Biathlon Union, I champion the values of resilience and fair play, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical practices in sports. I am passionate about leveraging my diverse background to cultivate curiosity and a strong mindset among fellow athletes, businesspeople, and beyond.
