I am proud to be the first Paralympian using a wheelchair on the cover of Sports Illustrated! Most of my free time is spent as a dog dad to Winnie, my adorable cavapoo, and being an advocate for youth adapted sports. I also love to ski and sing, but I am terrible at both. My brother once described me in an interview as "a huge nerd", so I might be the nerdiest Paralympian out there. I am also passionate about my home of Minnesota, and our beloved sports teams.
