I am passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live an active lifestyle. As a student-athlete pursuing a career in physical education, I hope to use my knowledge and experiences to inspire others to find ways to make movement and wellness a part of their everyday lives. Outside of athletics, I love meeting new people, trying new things, and finding my next adventure, especially anything outdoors! I’ve also always been a music person and enjoy singing and playing guitar and piano. And, of course, I’m a huge foodie who is always excited to try something new. I’m proud to be more than just an athlete. My love for fitness, education, adventure, music, and connecting with people makes me uniquely me.
