Hello! My name is Cameron Ponder and I am an XC/T&F athlete competing for Furman University. I specialize in the 3000m Steeplechase and Mile run, holding personal bests of 8:44.63 and 3:59.34 in each, respectively. I am a 6x Southern Conference Champion and earned First Team D1 All-American status by finishing 8th in the 3000m run at the 2021 NCAA indoor track and field championships this past March. Outside of running I love to travel and spend time with friends & family!
