I take the student part of “student-athlete” just as serious as the athlete part. I spend a lot of my time studying because my goal is to become a doctor. When I’m not on the track or in the books I’m out volunteering or hanging out with friends. Have been apart of Big Brothers Big Sisters for almost a year and it has been one of the best decisions I have made.
