My name is Davon Butler, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science while also working toward my goal of becoming an architect. I was born and raised in Oakland, California, and from a young age I developed a strong passion for design, problem-solving, and innovation. I see architecture as more than just building structures — to me, it is an art form that reflects culture and creates lasting impact. Alongside my academic journey, I have volunteered with mechanical and electrical engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience that continues to shape my future career goals. I am especially motivated to use my education in STEM and my creative background in design to give back to my community, helping to create housing and spaces that are not only functional but transformative. In the future, I aspire to combine technology and architecture to design buildings, homes, and environments that can change how people live, connect, and view the world.
