I’m Detavia Salter, a 6’3 forward/center for Troy University Women’s Basketball with two years of NCAA Division I eligibility remaining. I’m pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Sports Psychology, and I’m passionate about mental wellness, empowerment, and giving back to my community. Off the court, I’m an entrepreneur always developing or coming up with business ideas.Some are inspired by my golden doodle, Bodhi. I also advocate for sickle cell trait awareness, as I navigate training while managing my own health. Through my platform, I strive to inspire others by blending athletics, lifestyle, and authenticity—showing that discipline, self-care, and chasing dreams can go hand in hand.
