My name is Dominic Turner and I am a sophomore 800m runner at Jackson State University. I’ve been running track since middle school but I’ve been active my whole life. From football, basketball, soccer; you name it, I’ve tried it. My main goal is to excel in track at the highest possible level. I also want to be able to help others with the skills that I’ve gained over the years in not only the sport of track, but also life. I am a psychology major currently and I currently plan on going for a masters degree. With this I want to become a sports psychologist in order to help athletes deal with all the hardships that come with working your way up in any sport. In my free time, I like to play video games, watch basketball and pro wrestling, and listen to music.
