i am a long-distance runner that love of the sport of running that runs with heart and passion, I knows that if you put-in the work you will get something out of it great. i would love to share my running life to the world with my social media and show the world that running is a fun and mind free spirt that everyone can do it and it doesn't mater what level you are, but also m love to win and lose because losing is great step to move on from the race/workout and focus until the next.
