I am Eli Potts, a football player from Brock, Texas, now at the University of Tulsa. Growing up, I was taught the values of hard work, dedication, and service and I have tried to live by these principles throughout my life. I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given and I do my best to make the most of them. As a student-athlete, I strive for balance between my academics and athletics. I work hard to improve both in the classroom and on the field. Football is a passion of mine, and I approach each practice and game with a strong desire to succeed. I am also involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), where I enjoy mentoring younger kids and sharing my faith. I believe in being a positive influence in the world and incorporating my beliefs into all aspects of my life. I feel fortunate to be a part of the Golden Hurricane and I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the team. I am thankful for the support of my coaches, teammates, and peers.
